💙💛 Celebrating Mrs Beveridge- 29 Wonderful Years at Alinjarra! 💙💛
At the end of Week 2 we will be saying a very special goodbye to our wonderful Shereen as she heads into retirement after an incredible 29 years at Alinjarra Primary School!
For almost three decades, Shereen has been a much-loved Education Assistant and an important part of our Alinjarra family. Throughout her time with us, she has supported, nurtured and cared for countless children, leaving a lasting impression on so many students, families and staff members.
Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing or working alongside Shereen will know just how special she is. Her kindness, patience, thoughtfulness and genuine love for the children shine through in everything she does. She has a beautiful way of making every child feel safe, supported and valued, and we know there are many families who will have fond memories of their time with her.
After 29 years, it is hard to imagine Alinjarra without Shereen! While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we are so excited for her to enjoy this next chapter of her life. We hope retirement brings plenty of time with family, holidays, relaxation and the opportunity to do all the things she loves.
💐 An opportunity to say goodbye! We know there are many families, both past and present, who would love to wish her well before she finishes. Shereen will be staying in G2 for approximately 30 minutes after school on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd October (Week 2, Term 4) for any families who would like to pop in and say goodbye.
For now, we simply want to say the biggest thank you, Shereen. Thank you for your 29 years of dedication, your endless kindness and the love and care you have given to so many children over the years.

🚑 St John Ambulance Incursion! 🚑
Over the past three days, our Kindy to Year 6 students have been busy learning some very important lifesaving skills.
Students learnt how to call 000 in an emergency, practised the DRSABCD action plan, and even had the exciting opportunity to explore an ambulance! 🚨
