From the intersection of Alexander Drive and Marangaroo Drive, north along Alexander Drive to the proposed Hepburn Avenue, west along the proposed Hepburn Avenue to Rangeview Road, south along Rangeview Road and continuing south along Axford Road and its extension to and through Highview Park to Derbi Road, south along Derbi Road to Hillcrest Road, south west along Hillcrest Road to Gerosa Place, south along Gerosa Place to Marangaroo Drive and east along Marangaroo Drive to Alexander Drive. The boundary parts of Alexander Drive (west side), Hepburn Avenue (south side), Rangeview Road (both sides), Axford Road (both sides), Derbi Road (both sides), Hillcrest Road (both sides), Gerosa Place (both sides) and Marangaroo Drive (north side) are included within the local-intake area of Alinjarra Primary School.
The following defines an optional area between Alinjarra Primary School and East Marangaroo Primary School–
From the intersection of Marangaroo Drive and Mirrabooka Avenue, north along Mirrabooka Avenue to the proposed Hepburn Avenue, east along the proposed Hepburn Avenue to Rangeview Road, south along Rangeview Road and continuing south along Axford Road and its extension to and through Highview Park to Derbi Road, south along Derbi Road to Hillcrest Road, south west along Hillcrest Road to Gerosa Place, south along Gerosa Place to Marangaroo Drive and west along Marangaroo Drive to Mirrabooka Avenue. The boundary parts of Mirrabooka Avenue (east side), Hepburn Avenue (south side) and Marangaroo Drive (north side) are included within the local-intake area of this optional area. The boundary parts of Rangeview Road (both sides), Axford Road (both sides), Derbi Road (both sides), Hillcrest Road (both sides) and Gerosa Place (both sides) are excluded from this optional area.
